Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa,  Tshanda (as she is known to her colleagues and clients) has built an impressive track record of advising some of South Africa’s most prominent public institutions, including NHBRC, SHRA, the City of Johannesburg, SABC, Postbank, SANRAL, SAMA, SARS, Eskom, Safcol, HDA, RTMC, and W&R SETA, among others.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of law and governance, advising organisations on regulatory compliance, procurement, PFMA obligations, dispute resolution, and institutional risk management. She is a skilled litigator with High Court, Magistrate’s Court, and CCMA experience, and a trusted drafter of contracts, legal opinions, and policy frameworks.

In 2024, Tshanda earned a Certificate in Arbitration, adding alternative dispute resolution to her already broad skillset. She obtained the Right of Appearance in the High Court as well as a Cybersecurity Awareness Certificate,  reflecting her forward-thinking approach to modern legal challenges.
